Jon was excellent with everything. He was able to provide an estimate from the pictures I sent him and explained what would be involved from some simple questions. He arrived on time and was finished in his allotted time. He was very careful with everything and didn't make a mess. Tub looks great. And it worked out perfect with our schedule that we were leaving on vacation so we could let the tub cure for extra time with out it being an inconvenience for us.

Older ceramic tub, needed re-glazing

Very well, showed up on time, got the job done, end results look AMAZING. Very pleased with the overall work and price, would higher again and would recommend. Cleanup and containment of any mess was done in a efficient manner. Took the time to answer my questions regarding care and cure times, which I appreciated.

Service and job were exceptional. They were on time answered our questions and followed up after 3 week to see how things were going. The only thing I would mention is it would have been informative to know that there is a heavy unpleasant smell when having this done and could impact those with respiratory issues. Had old tub reglazed

He was there on time. Performed his work. Very professional and courteous.

I needed to have my bathtub re-glazed, as it was old and was an ugly olive green color.

Everything went great, from the initial phone call to the service being performed. The quote I was given over the phone was honored after the job was finished. There were no extra fees that were added on at the end, it was the exact price I was quoted. Jon was at my house at the scheduled time, and finished the job in about 2 and a half hours, which was shorter than he estimated, which was an added bonus! The tub glaze looks great, and now that everything is dried and sealed the quality is A+. I would absolutely recommend DuraFinish to anyone who is looking to get their tub re-glazed!

My tub looks like brand new, cant recommend these guys enough. I had issues where an old glass shower door was on my bathtub. I removed it to find some pitting and stains that could not be removed. The tub bottom also collected dirt very easily and it was very hard to get rid of. With the new finish it looks so much better and is so much easier to clean. Highly recommend Durafinish.

Spoke with Jon on the phone and got a very quick date. Jeremy came in and because of a miscommunication on my part had not brought all the material that was needed to do the whole bathroom. He was very good about working with me and arranging his schedule so that he could do the whole bathroom in one trip. He completed the bathroom, explained the cleaning process, and came back today to remove the tape, reinstall the doors and cabinet drawers, and recheck the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. The customer service was outstanding.

Before we checked Angie's List we had another company come in to reglazed our bathtub. They did such a poor job and wouldn't come back to fix it until they got paid that we didn't want them in our house anymore. That's when we called DuraFinish and they came over and not only fixed the other company's mess but did a great job to restore the bathtub. They were very professional and we would definitely use them again.

Went very well. There was a minor problem with some overspray, however they came out promptly when I notified them of the issue. And, the problem was remedied quickly and professionally.

Very well. Jon, the owner, spoke with me about the repair and his son-in-law, Jeremy, performed the work. Jeremy did an excellent job and the tub looks new. When I had a question about the tape around the edges, he promptly returned my call, came to the house and took care of it.

Showed up on time despite bad weather. Very thorough, vented paint fumes, surprisingly quiet, good clean up. Refinished tub and sink look great.

He was here on time and explained everything and got to work. The prep work took the longest. He used a fan in the front open window to try to clear the nasty chemical while he was working. When it was done he cleaned everything up, left instructions and left.

I was very happy with the service. He worked me into a schedule that was convenient for me so we could go without the bathroom while out of town. He reglazed the tub in the bathroom a dazzling white.

I had a sink that I purchased separately from the toilet. I wanted to change the color to match so I found DuraFinish. They are a shop as well as a home service. I met the owner Jon and he matched the color perfectly. Told me two weeks and he was right on. Very personable and I would do business again.

Was able to leave a lock box on a rental unit to find the job completed. They covered and masked everything in the bathroom so nothing got ruined. Did a great job refinishing a tub that was in bad shape. Will call them again on other rental property rehabs.

John made our old blue cast iron tub look brand new. Well worth the money..so much so I tipped him. The cost to scrap that tub would have been expensive so this is a wonderful option.

I contacted John and the Durafinish team because I was selling my home and my bathtubs needed a face lift badly. I thought I needed to have my ceramic tile reglazed as well but, John told me that I could preserve it by calling another company with which they partner. So, from the very beginning they are incredibly honest. He could have reglazed my tile but, instead, recommended what was best for me! Very impressive. The best and most amazing part is this....the tubs looked brand new when they were done. It was like one of the home makeover shows I love so much on HGTV. Just beautiful. Everyone on this team was incredibly professional and responsive. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I used Durafinish recently to have my tub and bathroom tile reglazed. The job was done when promised, and the results were outstanding! Both Jon and Jeremy were very responsive to my questions, explained everything very well. Much easier and less expensive than a remodel, and the reglazing has made my bathroom look new again!

It's been two years since we purchased a vintage clawfoot tub that was brought to life by Durafinish and we still absolutely love it every time we use it. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.

My experience:

Wonderful! We had an unusually sized old porcelain tub and a speckled tile surround that would have been extremely expensive to replace. Now that DuraFinish reglazed it, it looks brand new and we absolutely love it! So nice to have all the tiles looking shiny and new and the tub, which had been looking really bad, now is beautiful as well!  Jeremy was great to talk to and very professional! We are planning to hire them to do our downstairs tub and surround as well!
